GetMeInsta.com has no phone support and will never ask for your Instagram password. Treat any message that does as a scam.

We answer within two business days. Please include the Instagram link, your browser version and a screenshot if a download failed.
Before you write
- Try the link again - Instagram media URLs expire after a few hours
- Check that the account is public
- Confirm the post still exists in the Instagram app
- Try a second browser; extensions can block clipboard access
Reporting a broken download
Include these details so we can reproduce the issue quickly:
- The Instagram link you pasted (public posts only)
- What happened - error text, blank result, spinner that never stops
- Browser and version, plus the device or operating system
- A screenshot of the result area if possible
Privacy, copyright and takedown requests
GetMeInsta.com does not host or store Instagram media, so there is nothing to remove on our side. If your content appears somewhere else because someone downloaded it, the request has to go to the host of that copy. We still answer questions about how the resolver works and will explain the data flow in detail.
