1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GetMeInsta.com website and of any page, tool or feature that links to them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service.

2. What the service is

GetMeInsta.com is a free web tool that resolves links to publicly available Instagram media and returns the file to your browser. We do not host, index or re-publish Instagram content, and we are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta or their subsidiaries.

The service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Permitted use

• Downloading content you created yourself
• Downloading content you have explicit permission to reuse
• Saving public content for personal, non-commercial reference where local law allows it
• Testing and evaluating the tool for your own use

4. Prohibited use

• Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties
• Violating anyone's privacy or publishing downloaded private material
• Downloading or distributing content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Automated scraping, bulk crawling or any attempt to overload the service
• Circumventing privacy settings, paywalls or access controls
• Reselling, rebranding or embedding the service in a commercial product without written permission

5. Intellectual property and third-party content

All media downloaded through GetMeInsta.com remains the property of its original owner. Instagram and the Instagram logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. GetMeInsta.com claims no rights over any third-party content and cannot grant you rights you do not already hold.

You are solely responsible for how you use the files you save, including any obligation to credit the author, obtain a licence or delete the file on request.

6. Third-party services

To resolve a link, your browser contacts a third-party resolver API and then Instagram's content delivery network. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any specific file will be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMeInsta.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
